Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
We wish to learn about any events relating to accidents, incidents and the discovery of munitions accidentally, inadvertently or deliberately by civil, military, police and non-governmental organisations in Colombia from 1 May 2013 to the present day.
This project is to research local internet sources (including, but not limited to, news websites, social media, YouTube and any other official reports) for any events relating to munitions and enter 100 results into the Google Sheets spreadsheet provided. Whilst sources written in languages other than English may be used, records should be entered into the spreadsheet in English.
An individual event should not appear in more than one record. Records must meet the minimum data requirements and be verifiable (by source URL). There may be multiple news articles for the same events, so the most trustworthy and complete source should be used.
Due to the nature of the work, it may be preferable for someone living in the region of the target country to apply for this job. Please check our other jobs for similar work in other countries.
We will pay $1 per 'complete' record, but you have the opportunity to earn UP TO an additional $1 per record depending on the level and accuracy of the data generated. Further details including guidance notes, can be found in the attached material.
This is an initial opportunity to demonstrate capability, quality and competence. There is the potential for further, ongoing work for accurate, reliable freelancers.
