Description
I will send you scanned receipts in Russian. There will be at least 400. I will provide a entry form on my Google intranet and my former PA (who is ill) in Russia will check the results, which will be on a Google Spreadsheet.
Payment: 5000 Roubles plus 7 Roubles per entry paid in GBP by Azimo money transfer (Contact System). You should be able to do 15-20 an hour once you are up to speed. A bonus of 50% for completion by Monday next week.
Edit
That was a mistake. I can't use Azimo. Everything has to be done through PPH using your existing arrangements.
Also, non Russian speakers should note that this is not suitable for a OCR scan of receipt fields and then Transliteration/translation of the result. If that worked, I wouldn't be here. This needs near fluency in Russian and some understanding of Russian bills and receipts.
Additional Edit
Only one person spotted the deliberate mistake :-) . Two receipts were in English. This link gives a better sample.

I will put up an example of the data entry form as soon as I have written it. Less than two hours.

total expenses - when there are 2-3 items in the receipt, should be written a sum of there prices?
Philip O.25 Sep 2018In that case and most others, they are separate bills with different suppliers, dates and amounts. They will share the same file name.

Is it absolutely necessary to input information into a form? Can't it be just entering into Excel spreadsheet with the same column headings as in the form you provided?
Philip O.25 Sep 2018No. It is not necessary to use the form. I have put some information on there for guidance but the real result is a spreadsheet (the final outcome is a *.dbf file but they are obsolete so don't worry about finding out what they are).
If you are thinking of using a scanner to read the records, my experience (With Fujitsu ScanSnap) is that the OCR is not good enough to find the dates correctly far less the Supplier name. ScanSnap uses an old version of ABBYY. The editing window on ScanSnap is slow and clumsy which is why I am using People per Hour.
