Experience Level: Entry
The task is to populate the fields in the provided spreadsheet, using the .ppt organisational chart to be provided. It is a 37 page chart with an average of around 7-9 names per page.
In populating the spreadsheet, your tasks will be as follows:
Using the Power Point slides (I will provide to the hired freelancer):
1. Check each and every name on the organisational chart using Linkedin (as they may have
moved organisation or been promoted and have a different title).
(If names are not coming up using your Linkedin profile, then I can provide my login details for a more effective search/check of the relevant population.)
2. Once satisfied you have the up-to-date details for the candidate, then please input the correct data in to the spreadsheet’s relevant fields:
The fields are:
1. Organisation (where they work)
2. First Name
3. Last Name
4. Level & Title (note the correct format e.g. Managing Director - Direct Lending) you should also turn abbreviations into full titles:
PM = Portfolio Manager
MD = Managing Director
SVP = Senior Vice President
VP = Vice President
Inv. Analyst = Investment Analyst
6. Mobile (if listed on Linkedin)
7. Email (if listed on Linkedin
8. Comment - please see examples contained in the spreadsheet - essentially, you need to copy and paste key elements from Linkedin, starting from their most recent job and including their education.
No need to worry about formatting the comments box at this stage - this will be a follow up task.
Notes:
>Linkedin information takes precedent over the organisational chart
>You don’t need to update the organisational chart; just work on the spread sheet (I may
ask you to update the organisational chart as part of a separate project)
>Please also check those names greyed out in the organisational chart on Linkedin - they have moved organisation
BUDGET: I would expect this task to take around 14 hours - including properly crossing checking each name on Linkedin . Target budget, £100 at £7 per hour - noting also that there will be a number of other similar projects to follow.
