Client data entry into system:
1. Company personnel (Company) will assign a unique number (cID) and Chart Number (cChartNum) to each client that will be a reference point for all future actions in this system.
2. Collect data from new client to create a history that includes: photos, First and Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Country, Phone 1, 2 and 3, Email. Also to include information about: Spouse, Partner, Parents, Siblings, Children, Referring Party, Therapist(s) info, Physician(s) info, Attorney(s) info, Probation Officer and other persons yet to be determined.

Therapist/Client time tracker:
To be used by Coaches to create and maintain client notes, contact information, sobriety tracking. Also to maintain therapist time spent with each client for proficiency monitoring by Company and monthly payment to Coach.
