Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and loyal person to take on the role of Events Administrator answering business calls and email enquiries at our growing children’s party entertainment company.

The role is not a full time job but the phone will need to be answered 9am to 6pm. And the emails will need to be dealt with at least 3 times a day. Morning, lunch and afternoon. We typically get between 5 and 10 phone calls a day and 15 enquiry emails.

The role requires someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about the service we offer as they will be the first point of contact for any clients. You would of course be fully trained on information about the service we offer, but we can’t train enthusiasm!

We are a small business with a well-earned reputation and we have a fantastic rapport with all of our clients and we will only give the role to someone we 100% believe would strive to continue this. The company has been running for over 8 years.

The bonus of the role is that you would be able to work from home and fit the work around your other commitments. But of course within reason, as explained above the role needs regular attention and focus.

The job would be paid on a self-employed basis. There would be a basic weekly pay and then commission per booking made. We currently do between 10 and 20 bookings per week.
