Screen Time Labs provides software to help parents manage the time their kids spend on their Android tablets and phones.
We are looking for someone to help out with our email based customer support, which we manage through Zendesk. You should have experience with email based customer support and using Zendesk, be fluent in English, be comfortable and proficient explaining technical issues to non-technical customers, and ideally have some knowledge of Android.
You will also need to learn about our product and how it works (we have more info available within Zendesk):

We try to answer support emails as soon as possible and certainly within a few hours of arriving, as we believe that keeping our customers happy is key to our business.
Your hours will be flexible and will depend on the volume of incoming emails which does vary. We can also be flexible with how many hours you are able to work each day. You will be one of a small number of support representatives spanning time zones to give best coverage.
We see this as an ideal job for a tech savvy parent who might have bought Android tablets for their kids, and who has a few spare hours each day. If this sounds like you, please get in touch.
