I work for a financial services outfit and I am well on my way to getting additional responsibility.

There is a newly created subsidiary in my organization called Investment Banking and Subsidiaries. These guys job is to transact investment banking businesses for my organization.

Major business coverage areas include: Financial Advisory; Financial Markets; and Principle Investments.

Their business and operational goal is to deliver customized investment banking solutions to our numerous clients across the Sub-Saharan Africa in a timely and cost-effective fashion.

They are trying to create a role for a Head of Customer Services who will carry out customer services, customer relationship etc services for the entire chain of groups within the subsidiary.

Since this is a blank slate - which I am trying to fit into - I would like help in writing a complete strategy proposition, job description, person specification, justification of responsibilities vs compensation plan which I will run by the CEO of the subsidiary prior to having a panel interview.

It is a huge challenge even to myself with huge Customer Service/Customer Experience background. So i need extremely professional help with this. I have various strategy documents, position papers to which clearly show the scope of work - I can send these to the winning bidder.
