About us:
Award winning training academy in Botox and Dermal fillers
We are looking for someone personable and efficient to take bookings by phone/email and manage customer support through email/live chat. Our customers are looking to make a booking, change a booking, or learn about pricing, or they have a complaint. They will be wanting to book courses and medical treatments and you will undergo a one-week induction period to learn about all courses and treatments available. You do not need to be clinical for this role.
Whilst we are looking for someone who is an efficient administrator, we also expect someone who is confident on the phone, is upbeat in offering 110% to our customers and strives in achieving sales leads.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Skills required for this project:
- Experience in customer support or booking
- Friendliness and exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge and use of Excel spreadsheets, GDrive and ideally WordPress
- MUST have and be able to use WhatsApp
- Must be organised and pick up new concepts rapidly i.e. treatments and courses available in training academy
- Must be sales driven or have experience within a sales environment
- Must be efficient at taking payments through PayPal, sending invoices, keeping email inboxes up to date and emailing customers
SALARY AND REQUIRED HOURS: You should be available from 0900-1700 but only will receive on average 2 calls per day with a range of 0-6 calls *approximately. Each call lasts approximately 4 minutes based on previous month’s data. You will be offered £60 per week for this role- even if no calls received plus an incentive per booking taken.
