We are a digital agency with a focus on mobile / social networking as a means of reaching consumers. We also build mobile solutions and have recently launched a new version of our digital ticketing application.

Our technology will be used at a number of outdoor events over the coming months and we are seeking people to help deliver on-site training / first-line support.

You will be required to help ticket attendants become familiar with using a handheld scanning to process tickets presented on paper or on their mobile phones. You will also be on stand-by to help identify and resolve any issues. We will also want you to provide feedback user experience, observations etc’¦

This is not a deeply technical role as we have made the technology easy to use.

Events are taking place in south East England and this is an on-site role. The expectation is that you will need to be available for a minimum of 4 hours per event and be available at the venue from 15:00.
