About the role
In your capacity as a Customer Support Agent & Customer Experience Ambassador, you will help us offer the best possible experience for our customers, that sets us apart from any other company and help us create the most efficient processes so we can cater for thousands of people with a small and nimble team.
Acting as the voice, as well as the eyes and ears, of Welcome, you need to be an exceptional and able communicator, who breathes and lives our brand and ideals. Most importantly, you are passionate about impeccable customer service and go above and beyond customer satisfaction.
We are working with the latest technology in Customer Service (Zendesk, Zopim, Aircall) and we have made the necessary integrations with our CRM for you to do fast and effective work.
What you'll do:
Provide friendly, knowledgeable and timely support to our customers via the phone, email, and live chat.
Respond to customer queries that come through the Welcome app
Build a strong response pool for our customers, suppliers, and partners either for internal use or for our FAQ
Communicate to the team feature requests and bugs reported by customers, as well as make recommendations for service improvements
Be a community advocate for Welcome and its services
Shifts: 5 days a week/ 2 days off (rotating shifts)
About you
What we are looking for:
2+ years experience in customer service. Experience in travel (Expedia etc) or transportation (Uber etc) companies is necessary
Experience with web-based customer support applications (Zendesk, Zopim, Intercom etc)
Friendly and upbeat personality
Dependable and punctual, with strong time management and prioritizing skills
Strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail
Native English speaker or close. Additional languages spoken will be much appreciated
Demonstrable ability to step in the customer's shoes, understand their needs and do what is necessary to delight them
Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively when resolving challenging situations
Stable high-speed internet Ethernet connection. Backup solutions for internet & power are also required
