As a local walk-in centre providing day-to-day advice to members of the public we are interested in monitoring the quality of the information and performance of our interviewers in dealing with our customers effectively and efficiently.

At inception the actual satisfaction calls will be made by our own staff - but require list of suitable questions - that perhaps would range from how did they hear about us, have they seen us before, time spent waiting, receptionist politeness, what they were attending for, was the information they required fully answered, value of information provided, did they feel confident after consultation in dealing with the issue on their own, would you recommend us.

Perhaps bidders may be able to cost for compiling list of questions, and putting the data and questions onto say an Excel format - so allowing better analysis of survey.
