Hi Mark

Would you be able to provide me with a ballpark estimate/timescale for a series of technical illustrations?

I am working on a project for the Metropolitan Police, part of which is a printed brochure for the Sanctuary Scheme - a scheme supporting victims of domestic abuse who wish to stay in their own home rather than leave, but need help to do so in safety.

I need to commission 13 diagrams consisting of various door types showing the types of locks and handles as well as a plan view of a house. These are all relatively straightforward in terms of composition but just need reflect the serious nature of the subject matter and can be easily understood by a specifier/installer.

The deadline is mid-April. Illustrations would need to be delivered in a high-res digital format.

One additional point is that Police UK would need to own the copyright to the images in order to reproduce in future.

I have attached an explore of the type of style that is required, (so this is somewhere between the style of your first aid/medical drawing with possibly elements of the house cross-section), however this is not totally prescriptive. Apologies for the poor quality but hopefully the images are clear enough to convey the style.

Your quote will allow me to set a guide budget for the project in order to get sign-off prior to before discussing the illustrations more specific detail. Is that possible?

Many thanks,
Mark Terry
