I need a real estate financial model for a new-build industrial real estate project. The model should have the flexibility to produce outputs for different operating scenarios including sale of retail units, warehouse leasing, trailer park rentals, hotel/hospitality revenues, agriculture processing and silos tolling revenue, and a facility maintenance revenue stream. The project is expected to be funded by limited recourse financing. The model should have standard coverage ratio analysis for project finance models, and cashflow waterfalls to distribute debt, sponsor and investor returns.
