I need to create a set of formulas across the columns for one employee and then copy and paste them to fill all employees.
I have filled out the boxes that I need with the answers but the formulas behind it need to change.
C5, D5 (not sure why the programme has put this time over two cells D5 & E5) F5 need to be transposed into decimal hours in L5 M5 & N 5
Formula “O5” is ok
Formula in “P5” is too simplistic. The formula works but the criteria for its use is not represented in the formula. This is because the Worked hours are greater than or equal to the scheduled hours. What I need is have a formula that says:
IF worked hours is greater than or equal to scheduled use (scheduled + travel time) times “P3” but IF worked hours is less than or equal to Schedules use (worked + travel) times “P3”
Then in “Q5” , the formula is ok but I need to add that if the number it produces is negative then don’t show it or make it a zero (so it’s not part of my total at the bottom)
Formula in “S5” is too simplistic
IF worked time is greater than or equal to scheduled then pay all travel time “N5” multiplied by “S3”
BUT If worked is less than or equal to scheduled use (worked + Travel time – scheduled) times “S3”
Then if “S5” is negative then make it Zero so it does not appear in my total at the bottom.
