The existing site has approximately 500 active products, of which about 350 of them will be transferred over to the new site. I am looking for someone to; 1) Migrate the sitemap or however best to approach it to ensure i do not lose any of my existing organic rankings, as I hold some quite strong positions 2) Support in uploading existing product & customer data into the new Shopify template 3) Installing and 'setting up' the shopify with the required catagories etc. 4) activating payment gateway. Structural Engineering for Renovation
I need a fast solution on this one so please only respond if you have the bandwidth to work quickly. I am changing the layout of a small 2 bedroom house. I am opening up downstairs to an open plan living space which will require a longer uprated steel supporting beam to span the total depth of the property (5.16m). I am also vaulting the ceiling upstairs and adding in two mezzanine platforms in each of the bedrooms. The current construction of the roof is: Rafters - ~70x70mm at 370-400mm centers A-Frames - 2 beefy a frames, one in the middle and one towards the neighbouring end of the property 200mm x 140mm beams. 250mm x 85mm A sections. 100mm x 80mm inward diagonals. Flat ceiling that has been added in during the conversion that does not appear to be supporting 100x40 and the same centres as the rafters and the fixed to the side of the rafters with a couple of nails. Perlings - There are two chunky ( Upper 140mm x 80mm) ( Lower 180mm x 70mm) peelings on the longer side of the roof and then one very large (200mm x 80mm) perling on the shorter section of roof. First floor construction 150mm x 50mm joists at 400mm centres. these currency span 3.3m either side of the current steel beam. I have added in the architectural floor plans of the existing and the proposed. I have also added in some photos of the property which is half way through the rip out.

**Project Background I am currently employed in a position of contracted Digital Director at a mid sized UK based charity. My main objective with this project is to drive sign ups to the charities B2C products. One of the core aspects of this project is Google Ads. As my client is a registered charity, they receive an Ad Grant budget from Google. In addition, due to restrictions on the Ad Grant budget we have a cash budget each month used for retargeting adverts and digital display. Over the course of the project, we have encountered two major challenges which are restricting our progress: 1.) Currently we rely on the internal design team to produce our display adverts. They are pretty much at capacity and the creative takes a long time to be delivered. This means that our strategy, which is based on iterative testing of messaging concepts, is restricted. We need our design work quicker! 2.) The bounce rate across our key landing pages from all paid marketing is huge. This is due to the landing pages we have available being standard website pages and not designed for paid marketing. We need help in the creation of custom landing pages. **Project Brief In order to solve our issues we have two key requirements: 1.) Landing Page Creation - Using the landing page builder Unbounce - we are looking for full creation of landing pages on an ongoing basis, according to the requirements of both myself and the PPC contractor. Your input and experience is welcome, however. We would look to create multiple landing page layouts and variations overtime, to achieve the best possible conversion rate for the client. 2.) Digital Display Asset Creation - We will require ongoing creation of digital display assets, used for both top of the funnel and bottom of the funnel retargeting. Copy and imagery will be supplied by the client in many cases. This job can also include the sourcing of royalty free images which best represents our target audience. Finish WIX Website with Firebase Authentication
We were in the final stages of finishing a Wix website with a previous PPH freelancer when they disappeared from the site leaving the project about 90% done. We need someone more reliable to complete the job. The current version of the website is here: https://www.instituteofaquaphobia.com/ A key part of the brief we gave to the last PPH freelancer was that is was essential code is added to the website to allow users to sign in and create user accounts after payment using Google Firebase Authentication. Our suggestion was to use the approach explained here: https://www.hourglazz.dev/tutorials/firebase-on-wix-2-firebase-auth Below is a list of all the remaining changes that weren't finished by the previous freelancer, there is also a detailed PPT with all the media and text needed for the website to support this 1. Homepage box 5 public for all has no hyperlink. 2. Box 6 has no high point to the professional products and prices page. 3. Coaches page video 2 needs changing is done on new pptx 4. Professional membership page layouts and these updating. 5. Open to all membership page needs up dating. 6. Then that information at the top of that page about open membership what they get, also needs updating.. 7. The donate page leads to link to payment option which isn't there at the moment this name will go to a north of profit bank account. 8. Clicking the more button on the navigation bar at the top. Public for products and prices page, although the text and numbers are correct the layout needs updating. 9. On the professional prices page that needs updating as above is correct just these are better layouts. On both of these pages I'm presuming that these need to go behind the shop showing and displaying the products and then this goes straight into sales or a basket. 10. The virtual reality pool page these laying out a little better. And where the text is showing the Apple store and the Google store to download the pool form this needs to be both represented as the Apple logo and the Google play store logo with hyperlinks embedded upon them being clicked taking people straight to the products to download.. 11. On the ALP page the video is incorrect this only changing. Only navigation bar drop down it says about AOL and it should say about ALP that's lettering or need changing. 12. Literally just above the map and just below the last box please add the logo as provided for splash save whom we are sponsoring. 13. Self-help tools page the videos on this page are way too dark they need brightening up. 14. Is the little head of the person when you presumably come a member. This is my account my subscription my wallet. Is this the correct thing that we actually need for people to become members and register and pay as an embers then access all the stuff they get for that membership. 15. So now this is dependent on where the shop goes and all the other pages how they fit into that shop to purchase the products I will supply all the updated pages but I still need some guidance on how where exactly the shot front goes and then how that all links were having the basket payment system or whether we are just going straight to purchase the products.
