New covers for my gaming chair
I have a very nice gaming chair, but it's got that horrid faux leather that has started to delamination, I contacted the manufacturer, but now they won't honour their guarantee, they are Europe based, so I can't really do anything except put it down to experience. I was wondering if I can remove the covers could you make a replacement set, the back looks easy enough, to remove, the base/seat looks a little more convoluted as its held in place with metal rings and a bar I can send images of the chair, also if you can can you tell me the type of fabric I use it most days as it also doubles as my office chair, was thinking of a martingale 25000 of above. Greetings, IMPORTANT INTRODUCTION: I am an experienced client of architectural and interior design work (mostly through other platforms). I follow a specific work sequence in order to minimize waste of time and effort on both the freelancer's side and my side. I also provide very detailed instructions and comments to minimize misunderstandings and waste of time and effort. KINDLY READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY SCOPE OVERVIEW: This job involves interior design for a specific zone within a small villa as indicated in the attached image. It includes: Living/Dining Area Small Open Kitchen Small Kitchen Garden (near the Dining Area) The design shall include all flooring, wall cladding elements, ceiling design, decorative items, furniture, chandeliers, wall light fixtures, other lighting, curtains, wall paint, accessories, doors, open kitchen elements. DELIVERY TIME FOR FULL SCOPE: 30 days after job award REQUIRED DELIVERABLES (for final approved design): 1- Six (6) different 3D renderings (high resolution photo realistic) of the final design covering all areas in the zone from the different angles and zooms that I will decide at the right time prior to creating these 3D renderings. 2- Three (3) 2D elevation drawings for 3 walls/sides of the Living/Dining Area (after approval of final design). These elevation drawings shall provide detailed measurements of the heights and widths of all elements against these 3 walls/sides, including but not limited to wall cladding elements, art paintings or other art work, wall lighting fixtures, special furniture that will be against any of these 3 walls/sides (built-in or moveable). 3- Materials List (after approval of final design). After accepting these suggestions or any revisions (based on my comments), the selected elements are considered preliminary and maybe changed later after visualizing them in the next steps. STEP 2: WITHOUT producing 3D renderings, create 3D modeling of the suggested design and provide 3D modeling screenshots (not renderings) for all design aspects and sections. Discussions in this step may involve changing some of the elements that were previously accepted in STEP 1. I need help designing a home office / spare room
Hello, I am looking for some help with my spare room / home office. This was not a very used room before the pandemic but it has become a multifunctional space since then as I now work from home 3 days a week. It is a mess at the moment, and it will need to continue to serve as an office space and occasional spare room (I would be ok with a posh airbed or some sofa bed or chair solution, as we don’t have guests very often but there would need to be the space for it). On top of that, it needs to be used for storage of coats / linen / shoes and as my leisure / sewing room (I currently have IKEA Pax alongside on one whole wall and an Expedit in a corner). For work, I need to have space for a large monitor and a laptop on the side of it (it’s currently on a separate table next to a tiny desk I have). This is probably too much information! Basically, I am looking for help in making the room more functional and pleasing to be in and less of an incoherent mess. Would you be able to help? New Interiors Fit-out Website
Hello, I am hoping you can help me. We have 5 divisions within our company, one of which being an interiors division which covers commercial/office design and fit-out. Our current website (www.Iansmiths.co.uk) introduces the basics of the division and for many customers, the customers who are looking for a much smaller scale service, the odd bit of furniture here and there ,this is sufficient. However, the site does us a bit of a dis-service when it comes to our bigger clients so we’re looking into having an additional, more design lead interiors site. We wouldn’t currently direct any of our bigger clients to our website as we’re a little embarrassed by it but as I say, it does have it’s place - some customers with a smaller budget or someone who just wants a couple of chairs would be intimidated by a snazzier website I think. I have a meeting on Monday next week where I’m needing to present really approximate costs for this and wondered if you could help me with a guide price so that we can decide if it’s something we can pursue and pick up with you in more detail? Villa schedule as follows (areas approx.): Type Villa area m2 Plot area m2 2A 100 500.25 2B 137.48 534.75 3A 201.39 759.0 3B 195.01 660 4 265.01 724.5 5 333.7 877.5 Drawings need to include: - Ground floor plan - First Floor Plan - Roof Plan - Site plan showing basic features such as swimming pool, footpaths, terraces and buggy pull-in areas - All 4 building elevations - Detailed construction & materials specification notes will be added to each drawing Drawings will be fully dimensioned (horizontally & vertically), with grids and basic structural elements such as columns, beams and slabs indicated. Doors and windows will be numbered on plan to guide future schedules. Also indicated will be kitchen worktop layout/sinks, toilets, showers and whb’s which effect any future drainage layout. Walling materials will be differentiated on plan, section & elevation such as block/stone/render etc. Basic furniture such as beds and sofas/chairs will be indicated to provide scale and room identity. Windowless office render
I need a designer who specialises in interior design who can model and render an office environment with no windows. The aims of this project is to create an ideal workspace for people situated within windowless offices. The space covers 2,470 sq ft and needs to include 20 desk spaces, a large board room (220sq ft) a meeting room (150sq ft) and a kitchenette (100 sq ft) and some storage cabinets in the desk spaces. I would like the desk area to be as open plan as possible, with glass paneling for the meeting room cubicles. The interior should be as modern and as light as possible, keeping walls white, lighting fixtures black and having a highlight colour of yellow in some areas of the space. I would also like to include as much light as possible across the space to account for the lack of windows, so including overhead lighting and ceiling lighting evenly across the space. Again, I would love the area to be as modern as possible, with a minimal feel. If the space could include some areas of greenery, including some indoor plants that would be great. There needs to be desks with chairs, storage cabinet, plants and some privacy screens across the space included. As close to a real office environment as possible, just without windows and with a modern, minimal approach. I know this might be too vague of a description so please ask for more details. I'm not too particular of layout and themes etc, as long as what has been mentioned above is complete, so there is an element of creative freedom here. The deadline is 2/08/20 12pm. The windows: - Both of the OPEN windows - please separate the frame from the background of just the OPEN part of the window - After the frame is on a separate layer, we need the background filled in (trees etc.) and any parts of the window frame that are covered by the open part. Our company will participate at an international amusement & leisure time exhibition in March. We have a 8m x 3m space to demonstrate our work and materials. Our work is consisted of two different products, that will be both communicated at this expo. The basic requirements: -We would like to include a 2m x 2m iron construction that includes a small interactive piece of our product. The idea is to create just an iron frame of these dimensions, leaving its inside accesible and transparent. This 2m x 2m iron construction must also carry 2 x 32'' screens. The type of product items that will be incuded within this 2x2m iron frame box will be further described before starting the design project. - We need to save a 2m x 3m space to host a partner. The partner's corner will include 2 roll up banners, a small desk with chair, along with the 2x3m display walls that will have the partner's banner. - The remaining space (4m x 3m) must have a desk, two chair and 1-2 flyer stands. Our difficulty to finish the concept is whether the remaining space could have 1-2 small constructions of our second product, or it should remain item-free and communicate just with the expo wall display banners. - The floor will be covered with the standard, dark-grey exhibition style carpet. We are looking for an interior designer who can help us put all the pieces of the desired materials together. A dozen or so pencil sketches each your interpretation from a written description
I'm publishing my first book, and I can't draw. Hoping for pencil sketches, no colour, no background, a little cartoon ish, covering these: A little mini van, loaded with tools, 2 children and a sheep in the back. Boys pushing a small van slightly uphill. Three boys digging. A small black faced lamb, feeding from a milk bottle and a rubber teat. Heads of boys bobbing in deep holes they are digging. Painting vertical steel beams in the rain. A large pickled onion rolling underneath a chair of a sleeping farmer. An old boat, burning. Boys in a tent, with a radio playing. Boys in a tent, in a storm. The boys driving a Land Rover in a field. (teaching themselves to learn to drive) Cattle Market on market day. (I could fully describe all) I could give you extracts from the book to fully describe each scene. I intend these to be about 6cm x 5cm small images to insert into my manuscript document at the beginning of certain chapters. Would you consider this work please?
