The workflow will look like this: Each video will have its own folder. This folder will contain the already-edited-together audio narration file for this video, as well as a pool of already-prepared video assets (which could include screen-recording videos, screenshot images, relevant stock videos + images, etc.) You will then take these existing assets, build upon them creatively using your video-editing skills, to help produce a very solid final video. Our videos follow a set of general rules + best practices that include the following: --first 3 seconds = very attention-grabbing, showing animated text on screen to hook them via the "hover over thumbnail" functionality that now exists on YouTube; --high-effort and fast pacing during the video -- helping to maintain the audience's retention + keep them stimulated / engaged for the full duration of the video; --some fun + humor integrated where appropriate/possible into the edits; --sound effects included as well, that synchronize with the video edits on screen and/or with pertinent sections of the video script; --the edits synchronizing very nicely with the current point in the audio narration / script throughout the full video; --the inclusion of some text graphics/animations on screen as well; --zooming / highlighting / cropping certain video assets, so as to make a more focused + effective video presentation. --no background music track (although music can be included when used as sound effects -- just no background music track dropped across the entire timeline basically); Selected candidates will be provided a link to our YouTube channel so they can watch some of our recent videos + get a feel for the general editing style we utilize.
