A graphic designer is required to create media assets for an upcoming training workshop for surgeons in March 2023. The British Association of Black Surgeons will run the event, and they would like to start advertising by the 6th January. Freelancer with working knowledge of e-commerce for live events.
Priority 1: optimise current Meta ads campaign for conversions from the Eventbrite ticketiing platform via an API pulling through to our Wordpress website (theblackcat.info). We have ads planned for the next 6 weeks with a budget of £4500 for a run of cabaret shows in August. The goal is ticket sales. The Facebook pixel is installed but not firing correctly, hence we are currently tracking clicks but not conversions. This needs a fix and re-integration - in as time efficient way as possible, and avoiding a complete overhaul to our sites for now if possible. Currently we have the first 2 weeks set up with a spend of £650, though could be restarted if necessary. Priority 2: advise on Meta ads campaign structure for delivery across FB and IG. The platform has undergone several revisions since we last ran Ads in a meaningful way in 2018, hence up-to-date insights into “best practice” for our application would be welcome. We have experience of what has worked for us historically in terms of Audience targetting but up-to-date working knowledge of the platofrm in this area would be helpful. There is also data in the Ads account which could be analysed and brought to bear on the current campaign.
