Create a bot - fill in a form using a table and save the outcome
Hello, I need an automation/bot to: - Automatically run every day - Fill out an online form for each row in a Google Sheet table - After submitting the form, take a screenshot and download files from the page that is displayed - Save the screenshot and files in Google Drive following a naming format - Produce a report for any rows that failed In more detail: - A Google sheet exists with approximately 50 rows of data. The records within this table are regularly updated - Specific cells from each row are used to fill in an online form - Open the link in a browser - Click on another link and click an “I agree” box - Open the Google Sheet table. Take the first row - Fill out some of the details on that page using data in the table (I believe the form is Javascript) - A page is displayed. Take a screenshot of this window. Save the screenshot to Google Drive using the format “YYYY.MM.DD HH:MM - LastName(FromGoogleSheet) LastName(FromGoogleSheet) PostCode(FromGoogleSheet) - Details” - Two boxes can be clicked on at the bottom of the page. - Click on the first box. - Take a screenshot. Name it as above but with “Allowance” at the end. - There is an ‘Export to CSV’ option. Click on that. Save the file in the same format with “Allowance CSV” at the end. - Go back a page and click on the second box - Take a screenshot. Name it as above but with “Payment” at the end. - There is an ‘Export to CSV’ option. Click on that. Save the file in the same format with “Payment CSV” at the end. Repeat for the second row. And so on. Create a list of any of the rows that failed to progress to the page after the form has been completed and email it to me each day. Please quote "BFL2902" at the start of your message so I know you have read and understood the brief. Thank you.

Web site with Calculator
Website Project I am requiring a website home page. The home page will allow someone with a user name and a password to access a Excel calculator created by me. The calculator must reside on the website for accessibility by approved personnel. The website calculator must prevent tampering while having certain limited user friendly cells for inputting critical data. Once the data is input, the remainder of cells should automatically calculate. Once a user has completed working on the calculator they should have the ability to download the information in a pdf format onto a legal size 8 ½” x 11 sheet. In addition, I would like the following: 1) The website should track all activity. ‐ User ‐ Time on the site ‐ A copy of all pdf calculator results ‐ 2) The calculator must be updateable with each revision kept in a back‐up file. 3) All calculator formulas should not be viewable by users with the website code password protected. 4) It would be preferable that the calculator be constructed in a manner that Petro‐logic, LLC (owner) be allowed to update it. A beta calculator should be created to insure any updated calculator is in accurate working order prior to allowing user access. 5) Petro‐logic will provide content for the Home page. 6) Contractor will assist in selling up Petro‐logic.com email addresses. ‐ info@petrologic-usa.com ‐ contact@petrologic-usa.com ‐ sorth@petrologic-usa.com ‐ sales@petro‐logicusa.com ‐ 7) The website should be expandable for additional website pages in the future. 8) Calculator should have notes or tutorial or video on how to use. 9) SEO Please do not submit if you don't reside in the United States as I may need a face to face visit. Don't apply if you're not fluent in Excel. The calculator is the most important. If you don't have strong Excel knowledge & the ability to create the Excel calculator in a web app, please do not waste my or your time. Thank you.

I require the development of an online reservation system for our rural vacation rental properties. We operate two cottages and a lodge situated within tranquil countryside settings, ideal for visitors seeking peaceful nature escapes. The aspired website must facilitate direct bookings through an intuitive interface, integrating seamlessly with popular third-party booking channels to maximize occupancy rates. Users must be able to browse detailed property descriptions, amenities and policy information before reserving their dates. An admin backend is needed to manage calendars, process transactions and gather guest information. Calendar availability must sync across listings to prevent overbooking mishaps. Secure payment integration with major credit cards is a must. Potential guests desire flexibility - the ability to customize reservations length and number of guests for example. Organized calendar views help our small team plan maintenance and cleaning. Post-booking tools like confirmation emails, e-keys and check-in guides provide assurance and simplicity for travelers. Analytics provide useful occupancy and revenue metrics. A responsive design brings the rural escape to all devices, be it desktop or mobile. Accessibility features create an inclusive experience for all prospective guests. Seamless connection to leading booking sites like Booking.com and Airbnb expose our properties to a wider audience without compromising direct channels. I seek an experienced developer to design and build such a sophisticated yet intuitive reservation system, within budget. Integration of all core features is essential we have no access to our currant website but can be used here for a reference https://www.dulaisretreat.co.uk/

Automated Semantic Text Analysis Pipeline
Comprehensive Use Case Specification: Automated Semantic Text Analysis Pipeline Objective Develop an automated semantic text analysis pipeline that processes and analyses textual data extracted from documents. This pipeline enriches text with metadata for deeper insights and enables semantic search capabilities through a user-friendly interface. This stage of the project is for a MVP system should leverage AWS services such as Textract for text extraction, a text categorising stage with a simple to use GUI, all-mpnet-base-v2 for embedding, and Postgres with a vector extension. This job posting is for the MPV stage only, but we must be mindful of the stage two development and facilitate rapid and straightforward scalability in any stage one MPV processes. System Overview The solution encompasses AWS services for storage and processing, a custom interface for metadata enrichment, all-mpnet-base-v2 for generating text embeddings, Postgres and a vector extension for efficient storage and retrieval of vectors, and a custom-built web interface for user interaction. RAG will be implemented with a broad a context as possible to the model across a large document set. Phase 1: MVP Stage 1. Document Storage and Processing Trigger - Tool: Amazon S3. - Process: Upload documents (PDFs initially) to designated S3 buckets, documents will be remained in accordance with a set naming convention and key metadata relating to the document entered into the database for future reference. This triggers the subsequent text extraction process. For test purposes the uploads will be made manually, and at later stages a web scraper will be added that automatically places PDF documents into relevant S3 buckets. 2. Text Extraction - Tool: AWS Textract. - Process: Text is extracted from uploaded PDF documents and temporarily stored in A3 buckets to facilitate further processing. 3. Text Enrichment Developer to advise on best method of adding labels / categories to the text, via an easy to use interface. Labels to be added at a granular level to allow the return of text snippets, providing context to the LLM in formulating it's responses from a broad range of documents without exceeding the token limit. 4. Text Vectorization - Embedding tool: all-mpnet-base-v2 - LLM: Amazon SageMaker (using LLaMA 2). - Process: The text is processed with LLaMA 2 to generate vector embeddings, capturing semantic information for advanced analysis and search functionalities. 5. Vector Storage - Tool: Postgres with a vector extension - Process: Text vectors are stored in the database, allowing for efficient management and retrieval of vectorized data for semantic searches. 6. Front-end Web Application and Search Functionality - Front-end Technology: React.js. - Key Features: - Semantic search input and results display. - email input field for collecting contact information for marketing purposes, forwarding to the client's email address. - Homepage containing descriptive marketing text. - 3 pages total: home page, interaction page, contact page, plus a pop up with GDPR info. Local Council Chatbot utilising Llama2 and dataset of PDF docs.
Full stack developer with relevant experience in AWS services and LLM deployment. Description Develop an MVP that provides a chat interface allowing users to query a dataset of local council documents, which will variously include minutes and policy documents. A dataset that contains all information relating to the purpose, policies, news, information, and decision making by that council. The dataset would contain approximately 100 PDF documents, and the chatbot would return meaningful and coherent answers to user prompts, while providing reference links to documents that information in the response is taken from. The client acknowledges the current limitations of LLMs in returning responses from queries across multiple documents, especially given current token limits and processing cost restrictions. A developer is sought that can leverage techniques to embed metadata in the text, allowing techniques such as RAG to extract snippets of data from multiple documents relating to the query and collate them into a response to the user, while adhering to token limits. Objective Develop an automated semantic text analysis pipeline that processes and analyses textual data extracted from documents using Llama2. This pipeline enriches text with metadata for deeper insights and enables semantic search capabilities through a user-friendly interface. This stage of the project is for a MVP system, leveraging AWS services such as Textract for text extraction, a text categorising stage with a simple to use GUI, all-mpnet-base-v2 for embedding, and Postgres with a vector extension. Document Storage and Processing Trigger Tool: Amazon S3. Process: Upload documents (PDFs initially) to designated S3 buckets, documents will be renamed in accordance with a set naming convention and details of the document entered into the database. Labels to be added at a granular level to allow the return of text snippets from within the chunks of data, but with relevant metadata. The purpose of this is to provide context to the LLM in formulating responses from a broad range of documents without exceeding the token limit. 4. Text Vectorization • Embedding tool: all-mpnet-base-v2 • LLM: Amazon SageMaker (using LLaMA 2). Process: The text is processed with LLaMA 2 to generate vector embeddings, capturing semantic information for advanced analysis and search functionalities. 5. Vector Storage Tool: Postgres with a vector extension Process: Text vectors are stored in the database, allowing for efficient management and retrieval of vectorized data for semantic searches. 6. Front-end Web Application and Search Functionality Front-end Technology: • React.js. Key Features: • Semantic search input and results display. • email input field for collecting contact information for marketing purposes, forwarding to the client's email address. • Homepage containing descriptive marketing text. 3 pages total: home page, interaction page, contact page, plus a pop up with GDPR info. Graphics provided as template guidance. Back-end Technology: • Python with FastAPI. 7. Fine Tuning Allow for fine tuning based on a series of questions and responses to be provided by the client, until such point that coherent responses to queries are achieved. Phase 2: Full Automation and Scaling Beyond the scope of this job. Notes: The developer is to provide guidance and feedback on the capabilities of the technologies and is free to provide their own guidance and suggestions. However, the functionality of the system in providing coherent responses based on text snippets drawn from a large dataset is both the challenge and the absolute requirement. Please only bid with your full and final price. Placeholders will not be accepted. Completion with approximately two weeks. Please respond by explaining how you would handle the text enrichment?
