Since then, I have been looking into the changes around code E, and although kennels are Sui Generis, the code seems ambivalent for just Daycare, where there are no overnight stays. A number of the new businesses included in E in September 2020 seem to indicate that if no overnight stays are involved, then code E might be applicable.
