Sales Document Automation
We have a pre-existing sales proposal document for our sales team that we need automated for our sales team. I am seeking a freelancer with experience in office automation to help streamline the work of our sales team. Currently, we need to make the content on the cover, page 1, page 4 and page 5 dynamic and easily editable. The areas which need to be made dynamic have been highlighted in yellow. The cover page needs a dynamic title to address the client. On page 1 the date, addressee and business location need to be editable. On page 4 the camp layout needs to be editable and swapped with different layout images when needed. On page 5 the table needs to be easily editable so that the table can be expanded and have additional trailers included as camp proposals get bigger. Please see the attached PDF to view the document and the areas which need to be changed. Upon accepting the job I will send the working .ai file as well as additional pages/images which need to be substituted on certain pages.
