Professional experience working with the following technologies is essential. AI construction cost estimate automation

Our company creates bespoke eco chalets - we are sent outline architectural plans and then have to create an estimate of the full construction costs to turnkey. I'm looking for someone to develop a programme to speed up the quoting process, if possible, by using AI to take basic architectural plans and, based on pre-set assumptions, take measurements and create a cost estimate and 3D render. This can be using existing software and personalising it, or creating something new. I want to be able to upload the basic bim or SketchUp outline plans sent by the architect, and have the programme take the measurements and estimate costs of all elements of the build. We can input assumptions and/or previous projects so that the programme could learn. Once the programme has come up with a basic estimate and we have checked and adjusted it, I'd like to export to a 3D walkthrough render to show potential clients. I've decided to re-launch a cryptocurrency (X11 Based) blockchain project from years ago in the making. It was up and running with all features working perfectly including a functional and fully working Core Qt wallet with the blockchain (in and out transactions executed) and online block explorer, but after a while some technical issues arose pertaining to how the nodes where set-up, thereby losing access to the system that eventually put the project on hold. I need a programmer experienced in Java, C++ and Qt software development in order to examine if the core code and security features are suitable "as is" or if the entire system needs a complete overhaul. The following will be accessible (and provided as DL link) to the programmer: Bitcoin-Qt type wallet software (provided as DL link) Blockchain Blockchain Explorer The project requires a programmer who can set up network nodes (previously used DigitalOcean for this) and do proper software testing and re-examine old nodes and access points to recover previously mined coins. Graphics and design is NOT required at this point. I have a client that wants a christmas e card that has moving images on it (essentially very similar to a video) but that can be emailed. I need a image that could be used in a powerpoint

I want to use an image of an old stone bridge with 9 sections, the middle one being the largest. In the style of an old medieval bridge, each stone of the bridge will have a word on it as each stone is a step to cross from stone 1 on the left to stone 9 on the right. The bridge is sitting between two banks of a river in the countryside. I would like to be able to clock on a stone and for it either stand out or move out a bit so that I can tell the story of each of stone one at a time and for the stone to fit in the whole span of 9 stones as well. Finally, I want to bring in at the top of the bridge which will be where the largest atone is in the middle a fisherman. All I want to show is the head, arm and fishing rod of the person. The fishing line will hang over the side of the bridge going down towards the water with a hook on it. Then, this looks like neither a man or a woman but a figure quietly fishing from the top of the Bridge. This figure can come into the scene and then also go back out. This bridge stands as an image for the 9 steps of a programme I am teaching and the participants joins to cross the bridge from step on thew left bank to step 9 on the right back. I would like someone to design this for me: one big picture, with parts that can move and a fisherman image that can be brought in.
