Metal Melting Induction Heater Using PCB Board(Firmware & Other)
Hi! I'm interested in building a customized Metal Melting Induction heater using Transformers and other electronic and electrical components. I'm looking forward to build a Metal Melting Furnace which will be electrical mainly for the purpose of melting and refining Gold , Platinum , Silver and Iron. I'm looking forward to work with someone who is expert in PCB Designing and deployment and most importantly who has enough patience to answer all my doubts and questions throughout the project. Someone who is well versed with electrical and electronic components , firmware , hardware and PCB Design will be best suited for the project. What I'm looking for: 1) A Metal Melting Furnace using PCB Board , various electrical and electronic components , firmware and hardware. 2) It should have feature of increasing and decreasing Temperature manually as per the requirement of melting point of different metals. 3) A ON/OFF Switch button , temperature indicator in Degree Celsius , increasing and decreasing temperature buttons to set the exact temperature and voltage indicator are must. 4) A "SET" Button. This button when Pressed will maintain the constant desired temperature. For example the melting point of Iron is 1800 Degree Celsius. Once the furnace reaches this point and this button should be pressed so that there is not drop or increase in temperature irrespective of external conditions or other conditions. 5) Maximum melting point to be reached is 2100 Degree Celsius. 6) It should be able to reach those temperatures within 10-15 minutes. 7) It should be compact , lightweight and can easily be moved from one place to other(although this is not a major requirement if we have to compromise on it's quality or design to achieve the same but I believe that something like this can be achieved considering the fact that we live in advance age) 8) It should be able to work with the help of capacitor batteries or any other Lithium Ion battery/Solar batteries or the batteries which are used in Trucks or any other external source of battery. 9) It should be able to take in 240V of electricity since in my country its the standard 3-pin socket output provided by the government. 10) It should be able to hold crucible for melting the metals. For reference I have included a few pictures of my idea of the design , you are welcome to share yours and guide me along the way pointing out any flaws or cons of the same , thereby suggesting something economical as well as good performer at the same time. 11) Most importantly incase there is some major voltage fluctuation during its operation , there should be some very strong safety measures built into it to avoid any major accidents. 12) The components used in the project should be economical(since wearing of components will occur over the course of time and hence very costly components need not be installed) easily available(although this is not a compulsory requirement if quality will be compromised) 13) You will have to design the entire circuit board , a board which is not sub-standard in quality but above a certain threshold of quality but at the same time which will be economical to produce. 14) Since it is a furnace its maximum weight holding capacity including the weight of the crucible should be 6Kgs. 15) It should also be able to work with lesser weight such as from 50 Grams. External design/look of the furnace can be worked out later once the design and testing is completed. 16) The Total weight of all the electrical components including PCB should not be more than 10Kgs. 17) A Graphite crucible will be used for holding the metals. 18) The project needs to be completed within 180 Days from the date of you joining the project. If you can check all the above 18 points , you are welcome to join the project. Minor adjustments can be made here and there but not all of the above 18 points can be compromised because otherwise it will defeat the very purpose of posting this project. Please note this is not for mass production or commercial use. Thank you.

Past "Circuit" Projects
Race circuit illustrations
I need these circuits (see attachment) illustrated. I need them to be the same shape/corners and have the same labels but I'd like them to look a little more arty. For clarification, the designs will only include the name of the circuit e.g. Silverstone National, the shape of the circuit, the names of the bends with a number for each bend and perhaps a flag for the start/finish and direction of travel. I don't need any of the interior things that appear on some of the designs in the illustrations e.g. green areas, grey patches. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Looking for Electronics Engineers to create memory map
Hello, I have the schematics, I need a memory map created like the sample provided. for the entire circuit. This needs to be done within a day. Looking for experienced engineers. Also, looking for someone who is willing to work in the future on other projects.
pre-funded
I need an album cover creating for my upcoming release.
My newest band have just completed our 1st album, we have released 3 singles to date, and the album is promising to do very, very well amongst the prog rock / metal circuit. We need a front cover to accompany the physical release. We need a front cover that really brings the album to life at first glance, even before listening! My band is called ' Age of Distraction' and the upcoming album is called 'A Game of Whispers' I will include the artwork that was used with the singles release to give a guide, but we do have some ideas.
Connecting APIs together
I run an events business which involves a lot of deliveries. We use a database service called Knack.com to manage all of our bookings. We use an app called Circuit For Teams (team.getcircuit.com) for our drivers to manage routes. I am looking to connect both of these together, so all bookings in Knack show up as Stops in Circuit on the correct days with the correct data. If the booking is updated in Knack then it also updates relevant data in Circuit. This data will include: - Customer name - Customer phone (with reformatting to strip 0 and replace with +44) - Customer email - Products, comma separated if multiple - Booking ID - Seller name - Notes - Whether a Delivery or Pickup - Times for arrival Respective documentation can be found here: https://docs.knack.com/ https://developer.team.getcircuit.com/ Happy to discuss the project further.
Validate design of a simple electronic circuit
This request is for a design validation of a simple (micro)electronic circuit with a 9V battery source. The circuit/project includes the following components: - NE555 Timer DIP8 - capacitors - resistors - potentiometer - LEDs - speaker The project has been implemented and works on a 'breadboard' platform. I need to have these two things validated: a) validate my conversion of the 'breadboard' implementation to KiCad schematics b) if needed, validate the KiCad PCB Layout based on the KiCad schenatics Breadboard layout/description and both KiCad images/versions are available. Photos and videos demonstrating the functionality of the breadboard design are also available.
Animated Logo MP4 creation
I am looking for my logo to be animated for a few seconds so I can place it at the beginning of company videos. I have attached an SVG version of my logo. I'm not sure exactly what I want, but along the lines of the left hand circuit representation sliding into place as if it were electrical signals and then the text coming in. Some added sound would also be good.
Basic arduino project
I have a project I'd like to do but no idea how to do it. I have the code for arduino, components list and circuit diagram but no experience soldering or programming arduino. You can find the project by searching for Penny's computer book, inspector gadget. I can create the book etc and could eventually work it out, but I'd ideally like some help.
Mev sandwich attack bot for ETH blockchain
Here is the bot I’m looking to build. Monitor the mempool via bloxroute or block native api for transactions that have 2% or higher slippage. This is the first filter. Then take the transaction details for all identified transactions. Details include slippage, liquidity pool info, swap amount and gas. Next you will you will need to build a caching system to cache all liquidity pool info for all pools para swap api monitors. this data will need to be fetched 2x a second using rotating proxies from smart proxy (or similar)You will also need to create a fee table with the following fees-platform trading fees (fetched from para swap api) and flash loan fee. ** Now you have all the data you need you take the filtered transaction (transactions that have over 2% slippage) and calculate the the transaction details and the max slippage together example of the transaction was $100 and the slippage is 10% the max slippage is $110. Take this number and see it it is equal or greater then the liquidity pool volume. If it is then move to the next calculation. If not end transaction. For the next calculation take the slippage amount in our scenario it’s $10 and minus all fees for that transaction using the fee table. If the transaction is profitable minus all fees included gas then send to para swap to transact. The gas is a very simple calculation take the gas from the targeted transaction and add 1 gwei for the buy and subtract 1 gwei for the sell transaction. ** The buy transaction is the slippage amount minus 1% in our scenario it would be $9 . The sell is what was bought. Both transactions need to happen in the same block due to flash loans. Flash loan provider 1. Equalizer 2 (backup) AAVE. All data fetching and transactions are para swap Node is Alchemy. All contracts should be optimized for gas fees. simple logging system. ** Security-use libraries for encryption and secure data storage, and code obfuscation techniques for keys, contracts and source code. I’d also like a hacking circuit breaker. This is the whole bot if you would like me to did into an area for you I’d be happy to. I’d like 2 prices 1 for everything pre transaction and a second for everything post identification and calculations.
New icons/images/sketches for our two websites
Hey We have a quote system that allows people to answer some questions to get a quote for a replacement gas boiler installed in their home (houses, flats, caravans etc). We can send links once all agreed. We’re also working on a second business that installs solar panels and will have a quote system very soon. Both businesses have different colour palettes. This project is for additional and a new set of icons/images for both businesses. We do not want to change the look and feel of either site as they're relatively well known. Instead, we'd like these new assets to reflect the current ones we use. The initial phase of this work will require approximately 60 icons/sketches like the below. Most are new, but some will be recolouring of ones we already have to match the new/second website. I have a whole list of icons and images we would like which will be sent out after initial interest has been shown. I have attached a few examples for you to see what we'd like. They're "simple" line drawings of different parts of heating systems. If the initial set goes well, we would like to continue working with the chosen freelancer for new requirements in the future. This may include more icons/images or larger diagrams of heating systems, instructions on how to do things, and lots of other things. I've also attached an example of a boiler circuit for the non-icon type work which we'd like to more of as we move forward. Initially we'd like to get a quote or at least a very rough idea of how long you might think this could take to do. Please can you indicate how long you think it might take in your experience. We won't hold you to it, of course, but it would be good to understand your thoughts. Many thanks Adam
Circuit Analysis
I need help with a project pertaining Rc And Rl Circuits. Below is an example of one of the expected responses. More details will be shared. A 50 kHz sinusoidal voltage has zero phase angle and a maximum amplitude of 10 mV. When this voltage is applied across the terminals of a capacitor, the resulting steady-state current has a maximum amplitude of 628.32 μA. What is the frequency of the current in radians per second? What is the phase angle of the current? What is the capacitive reactance of the capacitor?

Help needed with S11108 CMOS linear sensor
Hi all, I'm looking for help/advise working with a S11108 is a CMOS linear image sensor. My son is studying computer science at university who has been helping. We are using the S11108 to scan a moving object which is a plastic tape like product that has a gap in the middle running down the length of the material. The gap changes changes size and we would like to monitor this. Please see my circuit design. I believe the sensor is capable of doing the job. However we are doing something wrong with regards to the programming or maybe circuit design. For whatever reason we don’t seem to be getting anything on the video output line or EOS from the S11108 sensor. Could anyone on here point me into the right direction as to what the problem may be? Any help would be much appreciated. Regards Christopher

Simpel circuit in Proteus or Multisim (PIC64F628A)
I need to help about Proteus or Multisim. I need to create very very simple circuit design on PIC64F628A. I have sample of very similar design circuit on PIC64F84A and I want same circuit but for another controller. I can share you that sample circuit if you are interested
Arduino PWM LCD backlight control circuit
We have an LCD that the backlight is controlled with a 5v voltage signal. The LCD controller has its own circuitry to provide 5v and about 140mA of current. We have found the pin where there was a diode before this voltage was outputted into the lcd backlight LEDs. We want to use this pin to control the backlight with an arduino pwn pin. Unfortunately the pwm on Arduinos only outputs about 40mA of current I believe. We need a simple component such as a transistor perhaps to enable us to do this by making use of the backlight circuitry on the lcd controller and the pwm pin on an Arduino.
Logo Design for Zaitune - An AI-Powered Tutoring Platform
Project Title: Logo Design for Zaitune - An AI-Powered Tutoring Platform Description: Seeking a talented graphic designer to create a logo for 'Zaitune', our AI-driven tutoring platform tailored for modern learners. The logo should effectively blend themes of technology, human learning, and customization, encapsulating the essence of our brand. While this document provides guidelines to clarify our vision, we strongly encourage designers to exercise their creativity and not feel limited to adhering word-for-word. Bring your unique perspective and innovation to the design. Requirements: 1. Typography: Utilize a modern, sleek font to symbolize the technological facet (AI). Ensure legibility and adaptability across various mediums, from website headers to business cards. 2. Color Palette: Primarily focus on blues or teals, which resonate with technology and trustworthiness. Integrate greens, representing growth and learning. Consider a gradient transitioning between these colors, ensuring a modern and appealing look. 3. Symbol/Icon: • Brain & Circuit: Combine a simplified brain outline with circuit lines/nodes, representing the blend of human learning with AI. • Book & Circuit: Visualize a halfway opened book with circuit lines/nodes emanating from its pages, indicating a tech-oriented learning method. • Tuning Fork: Reflecting the "tune" in Zaitune, a stylized tuning fork emitting digital waves could signify customization in learning. • Personal Touch with "Z": Incorporate the letter "Z" by integrating any of the above symbols, establishing a unique identifier for our brand. 4. Layout: For a vertical logo layout, place the icon above the brand name. For a horizontal layout, position the icon to the left of the brand name. Ensure each element maintains its distinction even when resized by maintaining proper spacing. 5. Adaptability: The logo must be scalable, retaining its clarity and recognizability across various sizes. A more simplified version might be necessary for smaller applications like favicons. 6. Tagline (Optional): If it fits the design, incorporate a short tagline such as "Tailored AI Learning" or "Tune into Smart Learning." Deliverables: • High-resolution logo files in .PNG, .JPG, and vector format. • A style guide detailing logo variations, color codes, typography, and usage guidelines. • Timeline: [Specify the number of days you expect the task to be completed in, e.g., 10 days] PS: Just an idea: Consider the elements in the name 'Zaitune': with 'Z' potentially alluding to Generation Z, 'AI' signifying artificial intelligence, and 'Tune' hinting at customization. Using these as inspiration, think about how the logo might appeal to a Gen Z audience seeking AI-driven, tailored learning experiences. See details in attached document
