I need an excel sheet of data formatted/tidied up
I require assistance with a HMO landlord list of data I have on an Excel document. This document has been exported from a PDF version so therefore there are odd spaces between words and some formatting issues which need to be corrected. I would like to be able to sort the data more easily and so tidying up of the data would be helpful which I will elaborate on further. The most important information for me is the HMO Landlord Name and corresponding addresses (columns R to U). I have attached two documents: the first is an example of the exported HMO list (labelled 'HMO list example') and the other, is an edited version (labelled 'HMO list example (edited)') to show how I would roughly like the data to be cleaned up. Please compare both to see the differences. To summarise, the key changes/edits I would like to see are: 1. removal of spaces between words 2. changing the HMO Landlord name to Title and Surname, so removing the first name as it not needed; for example, if it says Ann Jones in the HMO Landlord name column but the Title is shown in the Licensee name column, this could be changed to reflect the Title as although it's not in the HMO Landlord name column, clearly the name is the same as the Licensee name, it's just detailed differently excluding the Title. For example, it could be Ann Jones in the HMO landlord name column but Mrs Jones in the Licensee column, so it's safe to assume it's the same person. If there is no Title anywhere in the row or if the Licensee is someone different, please change to A Jones in this example so as to not assume a Title. 3. If the HMO Landlord name says Ann and Colin Smith or Ann Smith and Colin Smith for example, I would like this changed to Mr & Mrs Smith. Please use the & symbol consistently for 'and'. 4. I would like for the different types of Licensee's to be separated onto different sheets under each of the following categories: - Private Landlords (they would be Licensee's which are detailed as an individual(s) name) - Limited companies (they would be Licensee's which are noted as either Ltd or Limited) - Partnership (they would be Licensee's which are noted as Partnership) - Trust (they would be Licensee's which are noted as Trust) NB you will be able to tell this by the information stated in the Licensee name column - see the HMO list example (edited) sheet for reference. I have done a key to highlight some of the different types. There may be different categories so please create a new sheet/type where applicable. 5. For any address which doesn't have a postcode, please look them up and add the postcode to the data (I don't think there are many). For reference, all addresses are in Bournemouth. 6. Please add filter functions to the columns so that I could filter easily by number of bedrooms, reorganise the sheet alphabetically by Landlord Name etc. Anything like this would be really useful. Any questions, please ask but this is the task in summary.

Manual Process needs Automating - WP site + Woocommerce
Hi So I need someone do an urgent and specific job for on my WP site: https://lolcomedyclubs.co.uk BACKGROUND - Lol Comedy Clubs runs around 14 comedy clubs all over UK, generally held monthly in theatres and arts centres. - We sell tickets via our own websites, the venues sites, plus Groupon, Skiddle and Seetickets. - Due to COVID regualtion/ 'Test & Trace' we now require the Groupon customers to input their voucher codes into the 'coupon' box at 'Cart' stage. - Logistically this is causing an issue as the existing IT people are having to do each code manually because, apparently, there isnt a way to import the .csv file and automate the removal of the product/booking fees EXPLANATION/BRIEF We need a way of automating the import of 1000's of Groupon voucher codes whilst simultaneously assigning those codes to specific products (individual comedy events dates eg Bournemouth 17th July 2021) and: - applying 100% discount to the ticket price - remaining the product/ booking fees - ensuring the code can be used once only - apply an expiry date (typically 3 days before the event date) Current IT guys whilst very good and very helpful cant see a way to automate all of this process so they are having to do each code individually which is clearly not sustainable Ultimately it needs new code to be written so that we can import the .csv files with Groupon voucher codes for each venue/locations dates (eg. Bournemouth Pavilion, Hull City Hall, Portsmouth Guildhall etc) and then the coding enables us to do all of those bullet points above, automatically. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS 1. Any other comments suggestions regarding the site are always welcome e.g. site speed/ number of unused plugins etc 2. Budget - Im hoping this piece of work in the brief can be done for around £300. 3. User Interface (UI)- its been suggested that at some point I rebuild the whole site on to Laravel in order to construct a long term version of the existing UI (which was supposed to a bespoke build but actually was built as an App within an existing plug in!!!).
