Duties: - Develop high-quality and original content for a range of channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and marketing collateral. - Conduct thorough research to gain insights into industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor strategies. - Have an understanding on the full lifecycle of content from creating the strategy through to reviewing data to conducting performance analysis and optimisation. - Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines. - Stay updated on emerging content trends, SEO best practices, and industry developments to optimize content strategy. - Supporting Founder with any other copy needs, including the likes of email templates. Experience: - Proven experience as a Content Creator or Copywriter and has refined the art of creating value in every piece within the HR/Recruitment industry. - Strong research skills to gather information on diverse topics. - Experienced with SEO best practices and content optimization. - Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and how to bring it to life. - Beyond creating the content has exposure to developing the content strategy through to conducting performance analysis and optimisation tasks. - Can ideally produce the visuals for content - Ideally experience within a startup environment and is very comfortable with taking initaitive. - Very strong organisational skills. This phase of the business can be some of the hardest experienced. It is a product that no one has heard of, so it's a product that will take some sales nous to connect with our ICP. For the right person, I would be happy to look at offering more hours etc as it starts to make sense.
