The IT Support Specialist will work with a team of managed services specialists, administrators, and engineers to deliver excellent support and management of our customers’ environments. They will field issues and requests escalated directly by customer IT personnel, end-users, and monitoring tools. I have an Insys MRO-L200 router I need to configure. The router will sit in a control panel in a bakery, the panel at the moment has 2 networked devices in it (a PLC and a HMI) The panel network needs to be connected to 2 external networks, a corporate network (to pick up KPIs, and which has internet / VPN access) and a factory network for the engineers to diagnose faults on the PLC / VNC into the HMI. Both devices need to appear as IP addresses on both the external networks - I have all the IP addresses etc The router is currently in my office in Stockport, where i have enough spare PLCs / PCs to emulate the final network. Ideally what I want is for the router to be configured such that I can take it to site, plug it in and watch it work!

Hi, I am looking for a Co-Founder / CTO / Full Stack Developer for a construction compliance software startup. I currently work as an engineering project manager within the food and beverage sector. Most of the projects I work on require construction in some form and I currently spend around 70% of my time managing the compliance paperwork from a health and safety point of view. This is extensive, time consuming, yet critical part of the process as it ensures the safety of everyone involved. The problem is its very manual, a lot of information is duplicated and its difficult to ensure everyone has access to the right information at the right time. I have a fantastic idea for Construction Compliance Software that will streamline the whole process reducing time resulting in cost savings in labour while ensuring everyone remains compliant and the key is making sure it addresses all needs for all users under construction design regulations making it useful for everyone. The problem is this solution just doesn’t exist, believe me I have tried looking for it across the globe, some companies offer parts of this such as electronic permits, some companies can build you a bespoke solution for hundreds of thousands of pounds. But an all in one off the shelf solution just doesn’t exist. This is where we will succeed. What I lack is the programming skills to bring my ideas to life and as such I am looking for a full stack developer who can understand my vision, my ideas, my processes and turn them into a viable product. You will be more then just a full stack developer though, I’m looking for a partner, a co-founder, an individual who is entrepreneurial, business minded with an eye for detail. It would help if you had an understanding of health and safety particularly in the construction industry but this isn’t essential and can be taught. We will need to work together to understand the processes involved, how different companies operate, different roles operate and turn these processes into a piece of software that can automate the processes for all users. You can be located anywhere in the world but must have a good grasp of English and communicate fluently. The software needs to be cross platform, start with a website but ultimately will need to be app based so can be used on phones and tablets when on site. It will need to look the part too, not just be functional style is key as is ease of use, remember some of our customers will be tradesman not it professionals and the last thing they want to do is have something complicated to add further stress to their busy workload. I have made a lot of progress networking with investors and have a number of investors who are keen to invest in this once we have a viable product to help scale it globally. The construction industry is the third largest industry in the world and has over 100 million people directly employed. Full market reach could see revenues in excess of £24billion if we get this right and are first to market although I believe looking at 1% market share a more realistic revenue is £240 million pa. This could be huge! Whats on offer is the chance to change the world, to build a piece of software that will ensure construction workers go home safe to their families at the end of the day. For the right person I am offering a negotiable 25% equity stake in the business which will be vested over 4 years to ensure a long term commitment. Once the MVP is built and post investment raise this will be a blank cheque position, with a salary fully negotiable, and all the usual benefits to include life insurance, health care, pensions, company car etc. etc. What’s key is getting the MVP built so we can then write our future. Ultimately post raise you will be building out a team of developers, heading up an office with a view to growing a large international business. I need someone who is good at creating HD looking assets that can be inspected closely, for use in the Unity game engine. I need an hotel / office building based a rough 3D layout (see screenshot), there are 3 floors. Items should have normal map and need to be Unity with URP shader. Ideally optimised for VR. A batch of items that is required is here: Corridor X1 Stairwell segment Service Door Type 1 External Doors Type 1 Refuse Bin Fire Extinguisher x2 Sprinkler x2 (Working/Damaged) Reception Desk - Desk, chair, computer Fridge Photo references will be provided. HI I am looking for a chartered civil engineer to review a surface water management plan. THe requirement of the council is as follows ie the flood department. I have had an Engineer complete the surface water plan but it needs to be reviewed. THe following if from the council and states what they require: The requirements of the planning submission have not been addressed as per the requirements set out on the CEC website. The points requiring clarification and actions to be addressed have been communicated through your Case Officer previously. We cannot comment on the changes requested by your engineering consultant as we have no sight of these.
