The markup itself is being displayed, but the css and js doesn't work for some reason. I tried clearing the cache in both the browser & in Joomla Admin, but it doesn't seem to fix anything. We are using WHMCS with a plugin to sync invoices to QuickBooks. However, the data in WHMCS does not seem to be syncing with QuickBooks for the previous year. It appears that we need to export the WHMCS data and cross-check it with QuickBooks to ensure that all information is accurately reflected. We will need data from April 6th onwards up to the current processing date. I estimate that there are just over 1100 invoices that need to be added and reviewed. I have added the below response from the syncing module which indicates what we need to do. This task would require an accountant who is familiar with WHMCS, or someone who can pick up the system quickly. I am looking for this to be completed by the end of this week, a phone call to get started on this is a must. —————————— “We highly recommend enabling the 'Display Errors' option so that we can identify the causes of any issues in the future. You can find this option in Admin Area → General Settings → Other. Referring to your question, indeed, all invoices marked as 'Unassign' should not be present in the QuickBooks Online panel.
