Hello Background I have a trading Company with 5 shareholders - 4 individuals and a UK Limited Company (HOLD). Each shareholders at present holds 20% (20 x £1 Ordinary shares) so 100 shares currently in issue Work required One individual has agreed to sale his 20 shares to the Company for a consideration of £1,000. I require someone to prepare the necessary paperwork to transfer the shares back to the Company and then cancel the shares by completing the necessary paperwork to be filed at Companies House, etc The shares held by the UK Company (HOLD) - 5 shares to be transferred to a Director for a consideration of £1,000. This leaves the UK Company (HOLD) with 15 shares. These 15 shares are to be sold to the trading Company for a consideration of £40,000.
