It’s that time of year again! Christmas is nearly upon us and we want to update you about payment processing dates and Customer Support responses as we know that some of you may continue to work throughout the festive period.
It’s important to be aware that over Christmas and the New Year, payment processing and support responses may take a little longer than normal due to the public holidays. Even our support Ninjas need a break, so we’ll be closed on the following dates:
- Christmas day, Tuesday, December 25th 2018
- Boxing day, Wednesday, December 26th 2018
- New Year’s day, Tuesday, January 1st 2019
The Payment and Customer support team will be available right up until 5pm UK time on Christmas Eve, and will also be available on Thursday 27th, Friday 28th, and Monday 31st December. We’ll then be back to work as normal on Wednesday 2nd January 2019.
