Website Currently Has:
3 different pages w/info which is confusing to customer
-customer service center page
-policies page
-faq page

Would Like:
1 main FAQ page attractively laid out and easy to read, friendly and informative writing style connected to 5 or 6 category FAQ pages
-main page will have a much shorter version of our customer service pledge at top
-then a list of "question topics" w/ "top" customer service questions first, total will be approx 10 topics and 60 questions
-question topics are followed by the actual questions for the topics, with the anchor text being the question title itself
-the anchors for categories point to a question category page by the exact same name
-the anchors for each question point to the div element for that question on it's appropriate category page
-each category page includes the entire list of questions and answers for that category on the page

We Will Provide:
-links to our existing pages
-list of categories
-list of questions and answers (which you will need to edit and add to via your creative writing skills)
-quick feedback after you do a small portion so you don't waste your time
