Wordpress site needed multi page

I need a wordpress site to help secure customers and distributors for my new mlm venture, I think I need about 11 pages the main page and 10 sub pages each targeting a specific keyword that I have in mind and maybe some suggestions from you. I will need you to write the content or spin it. I’d like the site not to look and feel like a blog, I will need most of the pages to play a video that I can supply I need a turn key site and need it installed for me, also need you to show me how to change the referral links so I can let my friends and down line get some customers and distributors.
