Wordpress fix.

I have a wordpress theme that has a couple of bugs and needs some help. The theme is perfect for what I need but the Images that I put into the structure of the theme will only show in some versions of ie if you click the compatibility view button. Also the text will often double column for no apparent reason. Some changes to the css file to adjust the appearance of the H tags. I'm looking to develop a number of these sites and need advice on managing a bulk number of blog sites. Bulk setup theme and plug in installation, plug-in updates, scheduled content posting and easy access into each site.
