carwow is an online marketplace for brand new cars. We provide users with the best way to buy a car and dealers with a great source of sales.
The weekend live chat support role involves responding to customer enquiries and concerns using Zopim and Zendesk.
Zopim responses will mainly be through the use of preset triggers and shortcuts (canned responses). At the moment, we expect that you will receive less than ten chats per hour, but our customer base is always growing!
You will also be responsible for responding to Zendesk enquiries - probably less than ten per day. You can typically respond to Zendesk enquiries with preset answers as well. So, while you will need a basic understanding of carwow for the role, the majority of questions can be responded to using the preset answers.
This will ideally be a long-term project. The hours would probably be Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 9pm BST. Please note that this role will probably not take up all of your time during the specified hours, but you do need to be available for the entire shift.
