Job Description

Here follows an overview on how I would like the website to look/offer and what features/tools should be available:

WYSIWYG Content Management Tool that enables the admin to publish text/content to website with images via the CMS.

Forum/News Blog perhaps Wordpress.

Main Site Architecture layout:
1. Provide rounded edges to website page tabs etc.
2. Colour brand the website.
3. Fixed width image style buttons.
4. Some pages to include header images which can be added to the CMS and selected within CMS and uploaded to site. Site examples can be provided for guidance.

- Website to be hosted on a dedicated Secure Server with SSL certificate.
- Provide Web based email for 5-10 email addresses.
- Online Customer Support tool that can be turned on and off, and displays whether on or offline. Which when turned off links to an email or contact form.

Shop cart/page - Ensure that products can be searched upon via a drop down menu alphabetically on customer facing website this would be alike a price per/each destination. And can be changed/amended and added to via the CMS.

Ecommerce gateway Integration possible Paypal/RBSWorldpay

User/Subscriber registration page:
To be displayed on Registration page:

Registration page process enables the user to choose preferred Username, Password and enter the email address the user wishes to create their account. And complete their purchase from various packages available. The email content needs to be available via CMS or other method so that it can be amended/changed at anytime. Site examples can be provided for guidance. With the payment process identical to buying other similar products;

Contact Us section with Ticketing system - information delivered to an online ticketing system or web based email accounts.

Customer Admin:
Display and securely save customer details once a purchase/registration is made within a database, and a customer login panel so customers can maintain and update their information. This information can also be exported via password protected CSV to enable import into database and back up. This admin also can auto display Sales Revenues and VAT when purchases/subscriptions made. Control Panel to manage users so a user can be disabled and have their username or password cancelled/changed. With all closed accounts archived for retrieval. Online admin allows the administrator to review Sales revenues and Website stats via Google Analytics.

Login page:

This page enables a User to enter login details to enter account.
Add a Forgotten your password link, whereby a User can enter username and create a new login password. Ensuring that the password is not sent via email but as a link email using an SSL certificate.

- Customer Account Details page
- Purchase/Buy Now page
- Repeat Order set-up function liked to payment gateway
- Update Credit Card detail page via Paypal
- Account Management / Invoices page with downloadable PDF invoices in date /chronological order and can be searched on using a search tool.
- Contact Details page email / telephone etc
- Logout link
- Search tool to Export to CSV
