Website Help

Small company with a nice website already designed and a CMS system implemented which needs improving.

Requires...

1) Web Developer for a couple of hours/One morning every two weeks for next three months (then perhaps reducing) to come to our offices in Richmond to make improvements, add content, think of better processes to the site alongside myself - bit of a doing, training, advice session at the same time..

2) Periodic mini website projects which are better completely outsourced (office presence not required), including web design (mini graphics) - would be great if person had flash experience too. I would imagine one project every 2 months on-going...
