Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Background
The website colours and graphics should be fashioned in the antique/old school/rustic styling’s that can be remembered and make an impact. Pops of rich colours to make an impact would be great. I do not want bland, pale, totally neutral colours.
The company - Madam - provides a variety of handmade scented and non-scented candles locally in Melbourne, Australia. The styling of the candles and their containers are antique/old fashioned.
This project consists of 3 elements.
1 - Create a complete colour scheme for the website
2 - Create a header graphic
3 - Create a main graphic for the front page
Note: This project is not to design the layout of the website.
1 - Create a complete colour scheme for the website
The current colour scheme is from a template. Creating the colour scheme should incorporate all elements including but not limited to, background, hyperlink, menu bar, text, sub menu, section, headers etc. taking into account the logo colours. I need the colours in hex as well in order to update the website.
2 - Create a header graphic
This is the header graphic of a fixed size, attached to this project as HeaderGraphic.JPG. This graphic should incorporate the company logo (attached as Logo.esp) and take into consideration the colour scheme designed in stage 1.
3 - Create a main graphic for the front page
This graphic should be around 800px width and 350px in height. It should show a display of high end luxury, quirkiness, antique feeling, integrating the colour scheme from stage 1, with the main focus on candles. I want people to view the graphic and remember it... Other than that there is pretty much free reign on this graphic!

FrontPage.jpg - This is what the front page currently looks like. I have shown where the header graphic and main graphic will sit. It also shows the current colour scheme.
