Website design

I need a website designed similar to this layout http://www.lipsyncpost.co.uk/ i dont want it to be flash it needs to be accessable to all including iphone users, i need a home, about us, showreel, services, news, jobs, contact us pages. showreel page needs to stream a quicktime movie, logo will be provided, it needs to be easily updated by me. needs to feel cool and sleek without being cheesy, please if you simply intent to cut and paste my text onto a template dont bother bidding i can do that myself.
