Title:Website copy required for financial planner

I need someone to write the copy for my website.
The website will address two main audiences - prospective clients, and b2b introducers of business (eg solicitors/accountants).
I expect the site to be used by people who want to know more about my company, Parsonage, BEFORE they get in touch, or as an on-line brochure/guide to services that I can direct them to before we meet.
Ideally, I would like the site to fare well among the search engines.
I do not anticipate providing online services, so I will not need any existing client log-in type wording.
Because the site is intended to entice prospective clients to become clients, it needs to convey Parsonage's ethic and inform of as many services as possible.
Ideal skills will be
* Assistance to me in providing a more detailed brief, if needed. I have uploaded my website plan, which I will provide in a more legible format.
* an ability to write clearly and persuasively - to inspire visitors to get in touch
* an awareness of up to date SEO issues
* experience in selling long-term, intangible services on the internet, needn't be in financial planning.
* an awareness of website development issues. BUT see below about not building the site
I do not need somebody to build the website. I already have appointed somebody to do that, but they do not have the appropriate wordsmith skills.
I am thinking of a paragraph or two on each of the \"spider legs\" on the attached plan.
I am based in Lymm, Cheshire and would prefer to work with somebody that I could meet, at least once during the project. I will therefore favour bids that include this, or are local to me.
