Website and database build

General information for the website: Website that provides recipies based on the ingredients that the visitor has.
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: Module were the user can add what ingredients they have. We have to think about a way to filter the amount of the ingredient the user has against what is needed in the recipie.

In the future we want to add the option to plan a week ahead. So if the user has 3 tomatos and only uses 1 in the first recipie, the system gives a sugestion that uses the rest of the ingredients in the rest of the week.
Description of requirements/features: We want to make a website that can provide recipies based on ingredients that the user has. For this it has to be possible to add recipies in the backend and specify the different ingredients in the backend en the amount that is needed. The recipie that uses the most ingredients will be on top, followed by the next menu. In this way the user can choose how important it is to use the ingredients or just choose what he/she feels like eating. After that the user has to be able to generate a shopping list and check what they already have likehttp://www.foodplannerapp.com/

Also it has to be possible just to browse trough the different recipies with basic navigation. We want to be able to put the recipies in different categories so that the user will be able to navigate easily. The site will be responsive and has to be multilanguage.

In the future we want to expant the site with options like planning a weekmenu based on the ingredients, provide stores were ingredients can be bought etc. So at some point a form of usermanaging will be needed.

We will provide the designs for the pages.
CMS and Admin requirements: It would be great if something like this could be build in a system like Wordpress so that we can manage and add pages ourselves.
