Website alterations

I have had my website redesigned and it looks good but despite the fact that I provided amdetailed brief, some work still needs done,

1. I need links to amazon, play.com etc on most pages
2. I need some sub-pages added(just the pages - i have the copy) eg if a page was titled shoes, i need sub pages from there for court shoes, boots, sandals etc - just an example, It is an environmental site not a shoe site.
3. I need google ads back on the site
The site is a joomla site.
