Web-site repairs

I have created a Joomla site on my laptop, using MAMP, a customised template and added modules and plug-ins. All worked(works) well on the laptop. On uploading the site to the web-host's servers, the site does not work properly - no images, no css, links not working(filepaths have added, incorrect, content). Back end of Joomla admin not operating properly, with menus not working, WYSIWYG editor not working showing html only. Could be simple coding errors (hopefully).
