Description of requirements/functionality: I need to develop or buy a WEB SCRAPING program to extract information easily from Google and Yellow pages and create large data bases.

this program should work using keywords provided by us and search for all the companies related to that keyword in a certain country. after that, it should create a data base with the results, including website, company name, telephone, person of contact, etc. this program should also filter the repeated results and those pages not related to the keyword.
This program should be tested in all google and yellow pages in europe and america, as they use different search engine techniques.
