Web scraper

I need a screen scrap application for my business. I want the application to preferably written in VB I want to scrape the sites and pars the results to a database. Msaccess will do. I then want to be able to do a search in i have not searched for that product in the last 7 days. Go online and do it, if i have, use the results from the database. Some of the sites are https. I want full source code and the ability to add further website
