Your Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with our team to receive the product's functional requirements
- Perform an analysis of requirements and produce solid technical designs
- Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision
- Work with the Quality Assurance and Customer Support teams to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround
- Contribute ideas for improving the usability and user experience of our website

Your Qualifications:

- Programming languages: PHP, HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Operating Systems: Linux, Windows
- Databases: MySQL, Oracle
- 4 years of programming experience

Review of users and their information, also logs of user actions on site
Review new reviews, ratings and comments, manually accepting these
Review and edit language translations including ability to edit text on graphical images and text in main body through an admin panel

Adding pages and content to site when necessary

Wanted Ad: a tenant user can upload an ad with free text, tick box forms, links to ´my fan room´ page and some photos.

Match Process: Functionality to match the requirement between landlord and tenant as well as send e-mail notifications to each with suitable matches.

Display Ads: Functionality to display ads on the basis of search results and advertisers subscription membership.

Check 'availability for' calendar and ‘viewing' calendar.

promotion for Paid members: Ability to upload floor plans, further photos and videos for property info

Calculate Cost: One day Price and number of days (from calendar) will be added by the landlord. System will calculate cost on the basis of the same. System will not make bookings, just give the searcher an idea of cost.

Message board: Functionality of message board between tenants and landlords. Each should have their own message board called my fan room. Each property should have a message board entitled my i-room which allows reviewing of property and area.

Payment Process: Functionality to process the payment. Property landlords and owners would be able to pay for subscriptions based on subscription level chosen. All bookings of properties made through direct contact with advertiser. We would only ask that landlords confirm tenants that have taken up a room/property with them.

Send Email: Functionality to send email on multiple occasion like user registration, user registration; property landlords and tenant alerts; payment confirmation; exit surveys.
