Job Description
I want to create a website that acts as a family as well as a community focused site.
I want people to get to my site and leave messages for other people to read.
There is a specific message content to this and will be discussed with the winning bidder.
This site should have a guestbook like feel to it.
All guestbook functions to be included on the site itself.
A chatroom is a must.
Need this starting from the beginning to the end. This includes homepage template/style.
I want the homepage template to be bought and not designed so as to curb costs.May provide this pending.
The winning bidder must also realise that he/she must accomodate the fact
that I have this site concept in my mind and I want it to be put into a site format.
Thus there will be changes along the way pending need.
Non-disclosure is a must.Do NOT bid if you cannot conform to non-disclosure.
Happy bidding.
Zeb

Z. N. on 08/06/2010 19:49The non-disclosure document will be sent to the winning bidder as I said in my advert.
This is simply because it is impossible to send this to everyone when at the end of the day only one bidder will be chosen.
Thus if you are the winmning bidder you will receive the NDA.
It is nothing unusual.
It is a NDA like all others you may have seen before. Thus nothing special to it.
Thank you for asking.
Zeb

Z. N. on 08/06/2010 19:51NDa will be gievn to the winning bidder as i disclosed.
I cant send it to all bidders.
Thus if you are a winning bidder you will receive the NDA.
Be re-assured that there is nothing special to it.
Just like all other NDA you have seen before.
Thank you
Zeb
D. B. on 08/06/2010 14:22Good afternoon.
I would need to see the NDA before determining whether or not I would be able to bid on this work.

Z. N. on 08/06/2010 19:52The NDA will be given to a winning bidder.I stated this on my posting.
I do not see how an NDA can influence your decision to do the job.
It is just to make sure my idea dont get stolen.Thats all.
Nothing more to it than that.
Thank you.
Zeb
Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
Remember: if something looks too good to be true, it probably is!
