Title:Web Dev of Penny Auction Script Website (PHP, AJAX, MySQL on CentOS)
Location:Leicester
FOUR YEARS WEB DEV EXPERIENCE MINIMUM, PROFESSIONALS ONLY, UK DEVELOPERS OR AGENCIES **ONLY** PLEASE! ALL OTHER BIDS WILL BE DECLINED
The Project
A UK based company is looking to finalize the development of a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL & PHP) based project, involving two penny auction script websites (a USA and a UK version of the same site) - a demo of the base site can be seen here: http://www.pennyauctionsoftdemo.com/. The whole project is based on http://www.pennyauctionsoftdemo.com/, the hosting is configured and in place, the website design is already updated but we lost our main PHP/Ajax developer who was also managing our CentOS web server.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking to strike up a long term relationship with an individual or team able to develop our website as it expands, provide technical support, help plan backups / disaster recovery and also assist in the management of our CentOS server. Primary skills are PHP, MySQL, AJAX and a good understanding of CentOS/Linux (and SSH to administer CentOS). This could very well develop in to either a full time job or a significant project. The developer DOES NOT need to have CSS or Front End Design skills as we have that covered, we're looking for a strong back-end developer.
