Job Description

I need someone to complete the website that I am working on. I have designed the homepage of the website and I will also design the way that different pages should look on a Word document. This website is a site in which people can add their ads. What you need to do is to completely turn the file that I will forward to you into a professional website (login/adding an ad/ advertising other websites, check out,...). In brief, I will mainly deal with the graphic part of the site and you should complete the technical part of the site. I want this to be competed within a week or so. I prefer to deal with someone who lives in Merseyside in order to have direct access to him or her. I will consider offers from all areas as long as they offer me a reasonable price.
