We run a boutique content marketing agency, supplying numerous brands with digital marketing support, particularly social media marketing, blog writing and design.
We have grown rapidly in the last month and are now looking to hire someone to take responsibility for a number of clients, as well as a few admin tasks on a day-to-day basis. We estimate that we will need someone for 25p/w, and can offer £10p/h. This role is long-term.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in these areas, but is now looking to develop a freelance career. We will require you to do a couple of days training with us ideally, but in the main the role will be remote. This role is for a native English speaker only - YOU MUST BE UK BASED, NO EXCEPTIONS.
The right person will possess a range of skills, including:
REQUIRED:
- Excellent writing ability (for blog posts and social media)
- Social media marketing (scheduling posts, customer service, increasing engagement month-on-month, growing followers etc)
- Keen eye for detail. Work will need to be proof-read and error free. We will sometimes require you to proof-read and edit blogs and social posts that you have not written also.
- Email writing. You must have an ability to write copy for emails, sometimes at fairly short notice.
DESIRABLE:
- Design. It would also be ideal if you possess some basic design skills, and can create eye-catching images for social media posts and to create graphics for profiles, although this isn't essential.
- Experience of Sendible. We use Sendible to schedule all of our client's social media. If you have experience of this platform, it will be a distinct advantage, but again, we can provide training if not.
- Reporting. Ideally we would like you to supply us with a basic report that can be sent to clients at the end of each month.
We will require you to check into all of our clients accounts each day and respond to comments, queries and other interactions. We will also want you to proactively find ways to further engage people on social media, in order to improve engagement levels month-on-month. We will also need you to be able to react to quick jobs that come up each day, for example when a client requests that we tweet a specific article that they have just come across etc.
