WCF JSON Android

I need a simple 'Hello World' WCF Windows service (no IIS) developed with only a handful of functions implemented (just for examples of calling functions with different signatures and different return types, no special functionality required). Must use JSON. I also need the equivalent Android java client code which calls the server functions. I am trained software developer but have no experience with web services. Must be a Visual Studio solution. Very simple implementation for person with correct skill set.
