We currently run a UK support line which helps our customers with any product questions or complaints. The product is a high tech household appliance that is currently sold within UK retail. We are a small business based in Croydon (surrey) and would like to work with someone based in the UK and ideally local in case we require any face to face meetings.
The customer support line rings between 10-20 times a day and each call would last around 10 minutes depending on the customer. We would provide a script and a product support guide which makes the process very simple. After each call you would simply fill out an online excel sheet which the customer log which we can all access to process returns from our side.
A common list of queries are:
- How do I connect my device?
- I have a faulty item, how do I fix it?
- Where do you sell your product?
To approve the applicant we would need to have a phone call to run through a number of questions and ideally a face to face meeting to discuss the product. We would like to work on an hourly basis until the call volume increase.
